Frederick Cohen

Frederick Cohen is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as a Sales Account Specialist at J. Ambrogi Foods since November 2021, Frederick also operates as a freelance chef, providing catering services for notable events such as the Philadelphia Eagles, the Food and Wine Festival in Atlantic City, and the Veendemia Wine Festival. Prior to this, Frederick held the position of Executive Chef/Manager at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. from 2015 to November 2021, where responsibilities included training, supervision, inventory management, and customer service. Frederick began their culinary career as a Sous Chef at Genesis from 2012 to 2015 and held earlier positions as Assistant Chef at Brendenwood Retirement and intern/cook at the M restaurant of the Morris House Hotel.
