Mr. Sanjay B Shah is Director – Sales & Marketing of J.B. And Brothers Group. He joined the group in 1986, and supported trading activities of Rough & Polished Diamonds in Surat. He spent the initial 5 years developing the polished trading businesses in Surat and Mumbai – both being key diamond centers & streamlining polished diamonds assortment systems. He continues to work tirelessly towards Business Development & Marketing.
He has contributed towards expanding the group’s footprint both domestically and Internationally. He also supported Mr Vijay B Shah in laying the technology framework and the JGS Grading system.
His meticulous & stringent approach in creating polished diamonds assortment helped the group in standardizing grading systems which is aligned to various international grading laboratories of repute thus building customer confidence and loyalty. His notable contributions include conceptualizing and developing proprietary brands for the group through deep consumer insight.
