Andy Sanders

Andy Sanders has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andy began their career at Tyson Foods as a Human Resources Intern, focusing on diversity and leadership development. Later, they joined US Foods as a Territory Manager, where they built and nurtured relationships with independent restaurants and potential clients. Andy also worked at Walmart as a Compensation Specialist, conducting validation and supporting pay increase for associates. Andy then transitioned to J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., first serving as a Senior Driver Experience Analyst, where they analyzed data and implemented strategic thought and processes. Andy then took on the role of Senior Driver Experience Manager, responsible for improving driver experiences and managing pilots for workflow changes. Andy also served as the President of the Veterans Employee Resource Group and was recognized as the 2019 support person of the year. Currently, Andy holds the position of Director of Safety and Technology at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc.
