Gaven Smith

Gaven Smith has a comprehensive work experience in the field of engineering and technology. Gaven started their career as a Software Developer Intern at Wal-Mart Stores in 1999. Gaven then joined Acxiom Corporation in 2000, where they held various roles including Software Developer, Product Manager, and Technical Unit Leader. In 2008, Gaven joined J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc as an Information Services Manager and later progressed to higher positions such as Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President of Engineering & Technology. Gaven is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Engineering & Technology at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. Throughout their career, Gaven has gained expertise in areas like software development, client/server systems, and programming languages like C/C++ and PERL.

Gaven Smith received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Arkansas in the period of 1996 to 2000.
