Antwan M. Boules, CSM, CSCP

Antwan M. Boules has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. From 2021 to the present, they have been serving as a Global Category Manager at JB Poindexter & Co. In this role, they lead a complex individual supply chain, conducts data and industry analysis, and develops supply chain strategies.

Prior to their current role, Antwan worked as a Global Category Management Specialist at JB Poindexter & Co from August 2021 to February 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Antwan worked at ExxonMobil as a Global Contracts Lead in the Global Supply Chain. Their responsibilities included negotiating contract pricing and terms, maintaining agreement portfolios, and ensuring contract compliance and utilization.

Antwan also has experience working at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University as a Senior Industrial Engineer from 2016 to 2019. During their time there, they also worked as a Supplemental Instructor and a Research Assistant, evaluating brain disorders and diagnosing abnormalities.

In 2018, Antwan had internships at Colgate-Palmolive as a Supply Chain Engineer, where they supported daily operations, worked with material vendors, and improved plant performance. Antwan also had an internship at Toyota North America as a Production Engineer, where they performed equipment checks, established quality control procedures, and implemented try-outs for new machines.

Antwan's work experience also includes a co-op position as a Manufacturing Engineer at Altec in 2017. In this role, they enhanced efficiency, developed work plans, led kaizen events, and implemented lean manufacturing principles. Antwan also had an internship as a Quality Engineer at Mansour Construction Company in 2011.

Antwan M. Boules holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Antwan has also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In September 2018, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. Antwan obtained a Green Belt Certification (GB) from Boeing in November 2016 to demonstrate expertise in process improvement and problem-solving. Antwan's pursuit of ongoing professional development led him to obtain the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation from APICS in January 2023, showcasing their proficiency in supply chain management.
