Jade Jolivette

Jade Jolivette has extensive experience in benefits management and human resources. Jade began their career in 2011 as an Office Manager at Tax Return Express. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Human Resource Administrative Assistant at Strategic Materials. Following this, they served as an HR Assistant at Seitel - The Largest Onshore Seismic Data Library in North America, where they implemented a new labor budgeting tracking system and conducted new hire orientations.

In 2016, Jade joined Advanced Polybag, Inc. as a Benefits Specialist, managing employee benefits programs and coordinating multi-state open enrollment processes. During their time at the company, they reduced benefits expenses through more efficient audit and payment processes.

In 2018, Jade became a Benefits Manager at Genuent, where they managed all aspects of the company's health and welfare programs, including the development and implementation of a financial well-being program. Jade also oversaw the annual open enrollment process and managed the 401(k) plan.

In 2022, Jade took on the role of Benefits and Compensation Manager at Orion Marine Group. Their responsibilities included developing and overseeing compensation and benefit plans, conducting market reviews and equity pay audits, and leading diversity equity and inclusion initiatives.

Most recently, Jade joined JB Poindexter & Co as a Benefits Manager in 2023. Their role includes managing benefits programs and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Throughout their work experience, Jade demonstrated strong analytical skills, strategic planning abilities, and a focus on cost-effectiveness and employee engagement.

Jade Jolivette attended Houston Christian University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General. During the same period, they also pursued another Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution.
