Shelby Burgher Seligmann

Shelby Burgher Seligmann has extensive experience in executive talent acquisition and recruitment. Starting in 2013, Shelby worked as a Lead Researcher for TEC Group International, specializing in the E&P sector. In 2015, Shelby joined Korn Ferry as a Recruiter, gaining valuable experience in talent acquisition. From 2017 to 2019, Shelby worked as an Associate at Spencer Stuart. Then, from 2020 to 2022, Shelby held the position of Senior Associate at Heidrick & Struggles. Presently, Shelby is the Manager of Executive Talent Acquisition at JB Poindexter & Co, a position that began in November 2022.

Shelby Burgher Seligmann attended Stratford High School from 2005 to 2009. After completing high school, they then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Information Sciences, with a focus on Public Relations and Advertising, from The University of Alabama. Shelby graduated from the university in 2012.
