Leila Byers

Leila Byers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Leila is currently the Director of Production Development & Research, Marketing, Retail Sales, Sourcing, and Project Management at J Beverly Beverly Hills. In 2018, they founded their own company called JimEila, where they served as the Founder & CEO, designing purses that prioritize simplicity, lightweight durability, and chic designs. Prior to that, Leila worked as a Consultant at Metamorph Consulting, providing industry expertise and coaching to clients, as well as developing marketing campaigns and assisting with brand development. Leila also held positions such as Brand Director at Marina Vape, Executive Director at The Casery, Sales at Sphynx, and Global Marketing & Brand Director at Cherokee Global Brands. Leila's earlier experiences include roles as the Director of Sales/Operation & Marketing and Regional Sales Manager at A & E Brothers, and as a Brand Manager/Regional Manager at Rudy Project North America. Throughout their career, Leila has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, drive sales growth, develop products, and establish successful marketing strategies.
