Matt del Vecchio

Matt Del Vecchio is a seasoned professional in global sourcing and production, currently serving as Senior Vice President Global Sourcing at J.Crew since February 2021. Previously, Matt held the position of Vice President of Global Sourcing at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. from September 2017 to September 2021. Matt's extensive experience includes significant leadership roles at Abercrombie & Fitch, where responsibility ranged from Group Vice President Sourcing to Vice President Sourcing, spanning from 2006 to September 2021. Matt has also contributed to J.Crew in the role of Vice President Production from 2004 to 2006 after serving as Senior Sourcing Director and Sourcing Director at Abercrombie & Fitch from 1999 to 2004. Earlier in the career, Matt worked as Sourcing and Production Manager at Eastern Mountain Sports (1997-1999) and as Associate Sourcing Manager at Starter Corp. (1990-1997).
