Melanie Glass is an experienced creative leader currently serving as Vice President of Brand Creative for Women’s and Crew Cuts at J.Crew since August 2024. Prior to this role, Melanie held the position of Head of Brand Creative at Ulla Johnson from May 2022 to August 2024, and served as Vice President of Brand Creative and Marketing at Khaite from June 2019 to December 2021. As a Co-Founder of Decade, a branding and creative studio, from July 2017 to July 2019, Melanie played a vital role in the firm's development. Additionally, from January 2013 to August 2017, Melanie worked as Creative Director for Assembled Brands, contributing significantly to the aesthetic vision of The Line and overseeing the design of offline retail experiences.
