Project Management

The Project Management team at J.D. Eckman, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This includes coordinating with estimators, superintendents, and engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. The team is integral in managing resources, timelines, and workflows while maintaining strong relationships with clients and state DOTs.
