Larry Whitman

Larry Whitman, CPA, CMA, MST, currently serves as the US Income Tax Manager at J.D. Irving, Limited since January 2022. Prior to this role, Larry spent over two years as the US Tax Manager at Irving Oil, following a tenure as a US Tax Analyst at the same company starting in December 2012. Larry's career at Irving Oil began in a Financial Analyst capacity from April 2009 to November 2010, where responsibilities included preparing MD&A and market research reports. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Accountant at Irving Energy from April 2005 to March 2009, focusing on inventory control and compliance. Larry holds a Master's Degree in U.S. Taxation from Golden Gate University and possesses additional degrees in Managerial Accounting and Business/Commerce, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Brunswick.
