Reuben Thomas

Reuben Thomas has extensive experience in bioinformatics and environmental health, currently serving as the Associate Director of the Bioinformatics Core and Staff Research Scientist III at Gladstone Institutes since August 2014. Previous roles include contributions as an Invited Working Group Member at the International Agency for Research on Cancer, and as an Assistant Researcher at UC Berkeley, where Reuben developed innovative approaches in biostatistics and bioinformatics related to environmental health and toxicity, notably publishing findings on benzene exposure. Reuben's early career includes a postdoctoral fellowship in Computational Biology at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. Reuben holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and has education from Northwestern University and Little Flower High School in Hyderabad.
