Bruce Cooksey

Bruce Cooksey has over 42 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Project Manager at J.F. Shea Co., Inc. since January 1990, where management of more than 57 water and wastewater-related projects in Southern California has resulted in gross sales exceeding $360 million. Previous roles include Superintendent at Kiewit Pacific and Kiewit Industrial, overseeing significant projects such as the 375 ton/day Unit III Expansion at the Tulsa Waste-to-Energy Facility. Additionally, Bruce's experience includes serving as a Captain and Constructability Coordinator for the US Army Corps of Engineers, where Bruce was responsible for coordinating reviews of construction plans in the Alaska District. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry Engineering from the University of Washington and attended Green River Community College.
