Bob Tracy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Bob started as Chief Information Officer at Information Spectrum, Inc. in 1995, where they were responsible for the corporate-wide IT infrastructure and budget. Bob then joined J.F. Taylor, Inc in 2007 as a Senior Systems Analyst, overseeing software development processes and managing project schedules. Bob also worked at Zenetex as a Consultant in 2009, and later joined Spalding Consulting, Inc as a Project Manager in 2015, where they executed a technical project and implemented an Agile approach. Bob has also held roles at Smartronix as a Senior Solutions Architect and at Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) as a Web Application Development Team Lead. Most recently, Bob joined J.F. Taylor, Inc in 2019 as a Senior Software Engineer, providing support to a software team and mentoring team members in Agile techniques. Additionally, they have served as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at St. Mary's College of Maryland since 2005.
Bob Tracy obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Management from The George Washington University, completing their studies from 1990 to 1992.
