Ian Itschner

Ian Itschner is a seasoned management consultant and fractional executive with extensive experience in operational and business excellence. Currently serving at Talon Consulting since June 2002, Ian has led major projects, including a tenure as Interim CEO for a $28M metal manufacturing company. Additionally, Ian has provided strategic guidance as a member of the Board of Advisors for several companies, including J. Frank Schmidt & Son Co. and Monster Electrical from 2018 to 2020, with a strong focus on finance and operations coaching at AgTech Industries. Prior experience includes a VP of Operations role at PROMS, Inc., where Ian implemented major software improvements, and key positions at Oregon Freeze Dry, Inc. and Praegitzer Industries, Inc., leading significant process advancements and team management. Ian holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University.
