JGE Midstream was founded in 2020 to acquire midstream assets in North America with a focus on natural gas processing, liquids storage and transportation. The privately held company is led by industry veteran Hudson Hoosier and headquartered in Houston. JGE Midstream successfully closed its first transaction in Q4 2020 with the acquisition of legacy gathering, processing, fractionation and terminaling assets in East Texas.
