Kimberley Rusch

Kimberley Rusch started their career in 1989 as a crewmember at Hardee's Inc. Kimberley worked their way up to become a General Manager, responsible for all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, training, bookkeeping, and budgeting. Kimberley then moved on to work as a General Manager at Broeren Oil, Inc and US Oil/ Express Convenience, where they continued to oversee store operations and manage employees. In 1998, Kimberley joined Convergys as an Account Manager, later transitioning to the roles of Team Leader and Trainer. Kimberley then joined Alta Resources as a Team Lead before joining J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc in 2014 as a Lead Sales Representative.

Kimberley Rusch received an Associate Degree in Marketing from Fox Valley Technical College from 1992 to 1994. In 2014 to 2015, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen College-Wisconsin.
