David M.

David M. has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. David began their career in 1997 as a Managing Partner at HR Strategies & Solutions HRS&S, where they worked until 2002. Following this, they joined AFA Foods, Inc. as EVP HR & Administration, where they remained until 2012. In 2012, David M. joined J.J. Taylor Companies, Inc. as the SVP & Chief Human Resource Officer, a position they currently hold.

David M. completed their undergraduate education from 1974 to 1978 at Muhlenberg College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. During that time, they also completed an internship in Human Resources. Following their undergraduate studies, David pursued further education at Saint Joseph's University from 1982 to 1986. David obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Management.
