Pooja Chauhan

Pooja Chauhan is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management and Business HR at JK Cement Limited. Previously, Pooja held significant roles at SRF Limited, including Business HR Head and Head of Corporate HR for Talent Acquisition, Management, and Transformation, as well as being a key member of the Business HR team. Prior experience also includes an executive position at Eli Lilly and Company. Pooja holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication from Kurukshetra University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Maharishi Dayanand University Rohtak.
