Jarrad Quin

Jarrad Quin is the founder and Head of Operations at QuinTrim since July 2020, specializing in mobile plant and tipper hire for the construction industry while overseeing equipment allocation and daily operations. Concurrently, Jarrad is pursuing a Diploma of Aviation (Commercial Pilot Licence) at Basair Aviation College. Previously, Jarrad served in the Australian Army from January 2014 to January 2020, performing as a Rifleman and later as a Vehicle Crew Commander, gaining experience in team collaboration and leadership in high-pressure environments. Earlier career roles include Machine Operator as a self-employed contractor, Road Team Supervisor and Truck Driver at Greenfingers Garden Bags and Bins, and Mechanic at Four Seasons Mowers and Cycles. Jarrad holds a BSB40215 Certificate IV in Business, focused on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from CLET Training, completed in 2019.
