James M. Garcia

James M. Garcia has over two decades of experience in operations and distribution management. James M. began their career at Iron Mountain in 1999, where they worked as a Sr. Operations Manager and oversaw various aspects of day-to-day operations. During their time at Iron Mountain, they received numerous awards for their commitment to excellence. In 2014, Garcia joined Iron Mountain Fulfillment as the Director of NJ Facility Operations. In this role, they focused on driving revenue, improving efficiencies, and reducing expenses. James M. developed standard operating procedures and implemented corrective actions to meet business requirements. Garcia's most recent position is Director of Operations & Distribution at Knipper Health since 2018.
