Richard Mangual

Richard Mangual has over 30 years of experience in various HR leadership roles. Richard most recently worked as the Director of HR Operations and Data Analytics at Knipper Health. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Party City and the Vice President of HR Operations at Services for the UnderServed, where they oversaw HR functions for a large organization. Earlier in their career, Richard held roles as the Director of Human Resources Operations at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, an HR Business Consultant for HR Consulting Assignments, and the Director of HRIS & Benefits at B.R. Guest Hospitality. Richard also worked as an HRIS Manager at Teachers College, Columbia University and a Human Resource Information System Manager at Moody's Investors Service. At PwC, they served as an HR Shared Services Manager, managing HR processes for a large employee population. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, HRIS, compliance, and automation.

Richard Mangual has pursued their education in Human Resources Management, starting with course work at Adelphi University. Richard has further enhanced their skills by obtaining a Human Resources Management Certificate from Villanova University in 2021.
