Damian Tworzydło

Damian Tworzydło serves as the Head of Development at j-labs software specialists since November 2020, overseeing more than 100 individuals and focusing on fostering an environment for engineering growth, enhancing leadership creativity, refining processes, managing customer relations, and shaping the company's strategic vision. Prior to this role, Damian held various positions at Luxoft from December 2013 to November 2020, including Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager, Product Owner, Application Team Lead, and Senior Application Engineer. Additionally, Damian worked as a System Analyst at NOVOMATIC from September 2012 to December 2013. Educationally, Damian holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości (2009-2015) and pursued further studies at AGH University of Krakow in 2017-2018.
