Brett Vassar

Brett Vassar is an Assistant Winemaker specializing in Red Wines at J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines. Prior to this, they worked as a Laboratory Supervisor and Technician at the same company. Their previous experience includes teaching at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and working as a Sales Associate at Play It Again Sports and Fitness. They also have experience as an Undergraduate Researcher and Lab Technician at UC Santa Barbara. Brett holds a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from UC Santa Barbara.
