Rob O'Brian

Rob O'Brian, CEcD, serves as the President of O'Brian & Associates, LLC and is a Founding Partner at economic development BY DESIGN, specializing in workforce, economic, and community development with a focus on disaster recovery. Currently, Rob is a disaster recovery contractor with J&M Global Solutions LLC, where responsibilities include multi-county economic impact assessments and small business funding resource evaluations. Previously, Rob held leadership roles as President of the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce and the Warsaw Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as Vice President at the Muncie Chamber of Commerce. Early in their career, Rob worked as a news director at wbst. Rob earned a BS in telecommunications and journalism from Ball State University from 1972 to 1975.
