Don Rubright

Don Rubright serves as President and Director of CP Kelco, a $1 billion global portfolio company within JM Huber, a leading private, family-owned business in the United States. In addition to his role at CP Kelco, Don is an Executive Member of the Huber Management Council, which oversees corporate programs related to governance, finance, and personnel development. As a Senior Management Representative for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S), Don leads JM Huber's EH&S Program, emphasizing its importance to corporate values. His previous experience includes serving as President of Huber Engineered Materials and Chief Financial Officer for a mining and material processing portfolio. Don holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and additional certifications in corporate governance from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
