Jennifer Aspen Mason currently serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer and Executive Vice President of Environmental Health, Safety, and Sustainability at J.M. Huber Corporation, a position held since June 2023. Since October 2018, Jennifer has been an Advisory Board Member at Batory Foods Inc and a Venture Partner at NEXGEN Venture Partners since April 2017. Previously, Jennifer was the Senior Vice President of Global Innovation at CP Kelco until June 2023, and a member of the President's Advisory Council at Lawrence University from January 2015 to June 2023. Jennifer's experience also includes serving as the Senior Strategic Advisor at FLAVORSENSE CORP. and as the Technology & Science Strategy Officer at Mars, where leadership encompassed fostering innovation across a $35 billion global business. Prior to these roles, Jennifer held various positions at Unilever, culminating as Vice President of R&D. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Psychology from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
