Martin Schulting

Martin Schulting has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Martin currently holds the position of Global Vice President Sales & Marketing and Managing Director at J.M. Huber Corporation's Huber Advanced Materials division, a role they began in February 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of the EMEA+I SBU Fire Retardant Additives & Martinswerk division from February 2016 to January 2021.

Martin has also held key leadership roles at J.M. Huber Corporation in the past, including Senior Director of Global Sales for the SBU Silica division and Managing Director for Europe from January 2015 to January 2016, and Director of Global Sales and Managing Director for Europe from September 2006 to December 2014.

Before joining J.M. Huber Corporation, Martin gained valuable experience at Amcor Flexibles Europe & Americas as a Global Sales & Marketing Manager from February 2000 to January 2001. Martin also served as the General Sales Manager for Northern Europe at DS Smith Packaging (Rapak) from February 1995 to January 2000.

Martin began their career at Chemische Fabrik Dr. Weigert GmbH & Co. KG, where they worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager from April 1992 to January 1995. Prior to this, they served as a Marketing Manager at Icopal (Smid & Hollander) from July 1989 to March 1992.

Martin Schulting has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen. Martin also holds a NIMA-C (Master Level) degree in Marketing from NIMA, Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing. Additionally, they completed a Mini MBA program at Emory University - Goizueta Business School. Martin Schulting has also participated in an Advanced Strategic Management (ASM) course at IMD. Furthermore, they completed a Leadership Development Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2017.
