Michael Mullis

Michael Mullis has extensive work experience in IT leadership roles. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Senior Manager for Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. In 1999, they became a Principal SAP Analyst at Millennium Inorganic Chemicals, followed by a role as a Principal SAP Consultant at Pegasus Consulting Group. In 2002, they joined Altria as a Manager of SHARP User Services, where they managed a team responsible for the delivery and support of a globally integrated SAP HR implementation.

In 2003, Michael joined Kraft Foods Group, where they held various managerial positions, including Manager of HR Information & Strategy and Business Systems Manager. Michael established and managed support initiatives and a superuser network for SAP HR across different regions. Michael also provided HR functional support and delivered global support services for end-users and other personnel.

From 2008 to 2013, Michael worked at Campbell Soup Company as a Senior IT Director, overseeing the SAP CoE and leading enterprise-wide projects. Michael established and oversaw a global center of excellence, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. Michael also developed future deployment strategies for SAP and enforced program and project management methodologies.

At Novelis Inc., where they worked from 2013 to 2015, Michael served as an IT Director, leading global technology programs. Michael led SAP and MES business transformation programs and managed a team of over 200 resources.

Most recently, Michael served as a Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Ingevity, a specialty chemicals company, from 2015 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for IT strategic planning, building a global IT team, and ensuring the global delivery of all IT services.

Starting in September 2022, they joined J.M. Huber Corporation as a Vice President & Chief Information Officer.

Michael Mullis has a Graduate Diploma in Information Systems from the University of Canberra, as well as a BA in Administration from the same university. Michael also holds additional certifications, including Cyber Liaison Officer from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and ITIL V3 Foundation Certification from Pink Elephant.
