Rodney Cornwell

Rodney Cornwell is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in reliability and maintenance management. Currently serving as North America Reliability Engineer HEM at J.M. Huber Corporation since September 2025, Rodney previously held the position of Maintenance Manager at Huber Engineered Materials from June 2018 to September 2025. Rodney's career includes significant roles at Imerys, where responsibilities ranged from Reliability Engineering Manager to Senior Mechanical Project Engineer, as well as Maintenance Manager positions at Wrigley and Anheuser-Busch. Rodney holds a degree in MET from Southern Polytechnic State University and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Kaplan University.
