Steve Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning from 1996 to present. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director, Sustainable Value Chain at J.M. Huber Corporation. Prior to this, they worked at CP Kelco, where they held various senior leadership roles including Head, Global Distribution Value Chain Excellence, Sr. Director, Global Supply Chain & Quality Management, Director Global Supply Chain, and Director, Global Purchasing. Before joining CP Kelco, Steve worked at Huber Engineered Materials as Sr. Manager, Global Purchasing & Logistics and Sr. Manager, Logistics. Steve began their career at BDP International as Director, Global Logistics Operations (G.A.E.) and worked at Praxience Inc. as a Business Development Manager.

Steve Sullivan attended Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2021, where they studied Purpose and Profit: Creating Shared Value. In 2020, they pursued Distribution Channel Management at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In 2013, they completed a program in Supply Chain Strategy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Steve obtained their high school education from McDonogh School. Steve holds a B.A. in Modern Languages from Providence College, and they also have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business from Villanova School of Business.
