Shawna Blakely, B.S., RVTg, has extensive experience in the veterinary and customer care fields, currently serving as Manager of Customer Care at Natural Balance Pet Foods, Inc. since April 2015. Prior roles include Customer Care Supervisor and Customer Care Specialist at the same company, along with experience as a Doctors Assistant and Veterinary Technician at Pasadena Veterinary Specialists from January 2010 to April 2015. Shawna also served as a Veterinary Technician at Pasadena Veterinary Specialists from March 2004 to January 2007 and worked as a Receptionist at TLC Pet Medical Centers from February 2002 to June 2004. Shawna is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at the University of Nevada, Reno, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
