Clarence Worrell

Clarence Worrell has over 20 years of experience in business analysis related positions. In 2019, they began working at J-Mack Technologies as a Business Analyst. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Senior Application/System Analyst at RSDCGROUP, LLC, where they elicited requirements via SME sessions, interviews, and Army documentation research; created training data for an AI platform; wrote detailed user stories and UAT test scripts; coordinated and participated in ongoing application testing; and collaborated with development teams to resolve defects. From 2010 to 2015, they were a Business Analysis Team Lead at Base 2 Technologies, Inc., where they created and maintained software specifications; developed training materials and conducted user training; supervised and mentored six analysts; tested complex system processes for generating public forfeiture notices; and led analysis efforts to successfully roll-out a document management system.

Clarence Worrell obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geophysics from Virginia Tech, followed by a Master's Degree in Operations Research from George Mason University. Clarence also attended The George Washington University for Engineering Management. In September 2016, they received the CBAP - Certified Business Analysis Professional certification from IIBA.
