Michelle brings 32 years of experience in all aspects of small business operations. She is skilled in leading and managing company operations including human resources, payroll, benefit administration, recruiting, sales pipeline and accounting functions. She is an excellent communicator and enjoys building long term relationships internally and externally in an organization.

On the creative side, she brings 10+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, and branding. She has spearheaded campaigns on several social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Houzz. By successfully achieving brand awareness in her previous position, she was able to secure multiple magazine editorials, regional- international awards and features on several TV shows appearing on Animal Planet and HGTV.
