Mark Halpin is the current Head of Sales at J.P. Noonan Transportation. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Operations and Sales at China Grove Transporation, Inc. from May 2003 to May 2007 where they oversaw all aspects of operations including inventory control and management, scheduling and dispatching, driver and personnel management, equipment maintenance and servicing, and sales and customer service. From August 2002 to May 2003, they were the Terminal Manager at Foodliner, Inc where they managed operations for a facility of 40 plus drivers, handled driver relations, dispatching and scheduling, log review and control, tractor and trailer maintenance and servicing, and customer service. Prior to that, from April 1990 to May 2002, they were the Operations Manager at Tartan Maintenance Management where they determined the master schedule for all pickups and deliveries for eighty plus runs per day for operations conducted around the clock six days a week. Mark also constructed and maintained the daily dispatch board, assigned drivers, and maintained contact with drivers throughout the day to monitor their status and resolve problems.
Mark Halpin's educational career includes a BS in Recreation and Business from Norwich University.
Mark Halpin reports to Christopher Noonan, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Marc Peterson - General Manager, Sue Reardon - Senior Human Resource Manager, and J. Peter Noonan - President.
