Ruben Menon

Ruben Menon has extensive experience in finance and administration, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Finance and Admin at the Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) since June 2012. In this role, Ruben is responsible for ensuring compliance with systems and processes while fostering growth and improving operational efficiency within a streamlined organizational structure. Prior to J-PAL, Ruben held the position of Regional AF Manager at Population Services International from 2007 to 2009 and served as Assistant Manager for Grants at CARE from 1999 to 2006, demonstrating a solid background in management and financial oversight.
