Prior to that, they earned an MBA in International Business from the same university from 1987 to 1989. In 1985, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing also at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Earlier in their academic journey, Franco received an Associate of Science degree in Aviation Management from Florida Institute of Technology in 1984. Franco Thomas laid the foundation for their higher education by earning a High School Diploma in College Prep from St Joseph Regional High School in 1982. In addition to their academic achievements, Franco has obtained various certifications, including a Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) from the IoPP - Institute of Packaging Professionals in December 2019, a Professional Certificate in Anti-Counterfeiting and Product Protection from Michigan State University in 2021, and an NJ Mortgage Loan Originator License from the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance in 2022.
