Social Media Lead at J. Paul Getty Trust

Sarah Waldorf has a diverse range of work experience in the arts and culture industry. Sarah started their career as an Orientation Assistant at Chapman University in 2009 and later worked as a Volunteer at Art Platform in 2011. Sarah then had internships at Guggenheim Gallery in 2011, Utah Museum of Contemporary Art in 2012, and the Hammer Museum in 2012.

In 2019, they became the Social Media Lead, responsible for managing and leading social media strategies.

Sarah Waldorf earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in PR/Advertising, Art, and Communications from Chapman University in the years 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they also attended the University of Roehampton for a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Photography and Art History. Sarah then pursued further education in User Experience Research at UCLA Extension in 2017, as well as User Experience Design at General Assembly in 2015. Additionally, in 2015, they completed the NEXTGEN 2015 program in Leadership at the Museum Leadership Institute.
