Erika Blickem

Erika Blickem currently serves as Senior Director of Global Food Safety at J.R. Simplot Company, Inc., a position held since October 2018, after previously serving as Director of Food Safety. Prior experience includes various roles at Chicken of the Sea International from February 2006 to September 2018, culminating in the position of Quality Assurance Director, alongside roles as Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Assurance Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Assistant. Earlier experience includes work as a Laboratory Technician and Product Development Intern at Delimex from September 2005 to February 2006. Erika Blickem holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Food Safety from the University of Arkansas (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from San Diego State University (2002-2005).
