Daniel Waugh, PE, PMP, is a Project Executive and Project Manager at J.R. Vinagro Corporation since December 2019, with prior experience as a Project Manager I and Traffic Design Engineer at the Rhode Island Department of Transportation from 2013 to 2019. Daniel also served as a Field Engineer at AI Engineers Inc. in late 2012 and completed internships in Construction Management at the Rhode Island Department of Transportation from 2010 to 2011. Daniel's earlier roles include being a Guitar Teacher from 2006 to 2009, a Pool Technician for Pool Solutions during the same period, and an Assistant to the Chief Robotics Engineer at Hasbro Toy Company in 2006. Daniel holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering and Business from the University of Rhode Island, where studies were undertaken from 2008 to 2012, following an initial year at Messiah University.

In 2014, an office in Boston, Massachusetts was established to expand our operations while better serving our customers.
