Justin Thielen

Justin Thielen began their work experience in 2007 as a Laborer/Operator at Fox Dairy Farms. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Building Maintenance Facilities Technician at Central Michigan University. In 2011, they also interned at CB&I, where they assisted the Engineering Department and Construction Management. Justin continued working at CB&I in 2014 as a Construction Tech III. In 2014, they joined Douglas Steel Fabricating Corporation as an Estimator. Since 2015, Justin has been working at J. Ranck Electric, Inc., first as a Project Engineer and then as a Project Manager. In their current role, they manage projects such as the South Bend Airfield Sign Replacement, overseeing crews, coordinating runway shutdowns and subcontractors, and ensuring project success through effective scheduling.

Justin Thielen obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from Mid Michigan Community College, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management from Central Michigan University, completing their studies from 2011 to 2014.
