Jay Lafary is an experienced professional in the surveillance and gaming industry, currently serving as the Reno Area Surveillance Manager at J Resort since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jay was the Surveillance Manager at Maverick Gaming for six months and held similar management positions at IP Casino Resort Spa and Golden Nugget Lake Charles. With a strong background in surveillance management, Jay has also worked as a Dual Rate Floor Supervisor at Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast and held various dealer positions at multiple casinos. Jay's career began in 2010 as a Surveillance Shift Manager at Hollywood Casino, focusing on training and monitoring operations. Jay holds a High School Diploma from ICS Newport/Pacific High School.
