Chris began his real estate career after graduating from Cal Poly, SLO in 1990. He was a salesperson at Contempo Realty from 1990 until the company was acquired in 1997 by NRT/Century 21. He remained a real estate salesperson at Century 21 Seville-Contempo from 1997 until 2000. In July of 2000, he became Branch Manager of Century 21-Seville-Contempo. The company was brand-merged with Coldwell Banker/NRT in 2001 and soon thereafter Chris became Sales Manager of both Coldwell Banker Los Gatos managing a team of 200 Realtors closing in excess of $1B in annual sales.
