Shalva Baghaturia

Shalva Baghaturia has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at STREAM since September 2016 and as Head of Learning and Development Department at both Wissol Petroleum Georgia and Smart Retail JSC since 2009 and 2019 respectively. Previous roles include Deputy Director of the Fuel and CNG Stations management Department at Wissol Petroleum Georgia, Adviser to the Director General for HR Issues at TELEIMEDI (IMEDI TV), and HR Consultant at CM Consulting. Shalva Baghaturia holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Labor Psychology and two Bachelor's degrees from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
