Lynton Kotzin

Lynton Kotzin is an experienced professional in business and intellectual property valuation, litigation support, forensic accounting, bankruptcy, and turnaround consulting services. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at J.S. Held LLC since October 2021, Lynton previously founded and operated Kotzin Valuation Partners LLC from February 2000 to March 2022, providing expert witness testimony in both Federal and State courts. Prior to this, Lynton held the position of Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Value Consulting group from January 1997 to February 2000 and served as Senior Manager at Goldstein Golub Kessler from 1995 to 1997, as well as in management roles at Grant Thornton and Fisher Hoffman Stride from 1990 to 1995 and 1985 to 1990, respectively. Lynton earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accounting in Accounting and Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand between 1982 and 1986.
