Nick Keyes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and owner's representation in the real estate and construction industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Project Management/Owner’s Representation at J.S. Held LLC since January 2022, Nick previously held multiple leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2017 to January 2022, including Managing Director and Regional Director for Project Management Services, where responsibilities encompassed operations and business development across the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana regions. Prior to this, Nick served as Sr. Director of Project Management at CBRE, overseeing project management in Ohio and Kentucky, and held project management positions at Luxottica Retail and Vision Land Development. Nick holds an Associates in Science and Bachelors degrees in Civil Construction Engineering and Commercial Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
