Wayne Seiler

Wayne Seiler is the Associate Director of Construction Advisory Services at J.S. Held, LLC, where they evaluate claims on various construction projects and prepare reports for arbitrations and expert testimony. Previously, Wayne held roles including Senior Consultant at Construction Process Solutions, Ltd., Scheduler at The Quandel Group, and Project Engineer at Dugan & Meyers Construction Company. They began their career as a Rodman at McGill, Smith, & Punshon, Inc., and served as a Work Center Supervisor in the US Navy. Wayne earned a BS in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati and holds an AS in Construction Management from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
