William Bortles is a Senior Accident Reconstructionist at J.S. Held LLC, bringing vast experience as a Principal Accident Reconstructionist at Kineticorp. With an engineering background from the University of Colorado Boulder, William also holds a graduate certificate in Digital Forensics from Capella University. Prior to their current roles, William served as a Project Engineer at Atlantic Industrial Technologies.
