Reto Kohler

Reto Kohler is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various HR roles at J. Safra Sarasin since September 2015, currently serving as HR Business Partner for Front Office and Backoffice & Trading, where responsibilities include partnering with departments such as Trading & Treasury, Information Technology, and Digitalisation. Previously held positions include Head HR Services overseeing payroll and HR services for approximately 1,200 employees, and HR Payroll Specialist at Khronos Personalberatung. Reto's earlier experiences include mandatory military service and internships in real estate and accounting. Reto holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and a dual Master’s in BioManagement from the Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences, as well as a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the same institution.
